Redstone Nordics is seeking a PARTNER OR VENTURE PARTNER to assume responsibility to expand our footprint in Norway. We will subsequently seek additional partners also in Sweden and Denmark. The local partner(s) in the country are to launch the CVC offering and initiate new, local VC funds, and drive entrepreneurial growth based on the excellent references, data & tools, service description material available. We seek an experienced professional with 10+ years of relevant industry experience:
• First hand experience in venture capital or private equity
• Involved in multiple startup investments and exits
• Track record in developing portfolio performance, e.g. as a board member in a growth company
• Experience working with large cap corporations as clients/partners
• Experience and personal skills in high quality professional services
• C-level access to large cap clients and capability to establish strategic partnerships
• Willingness to take entrepreneurial risk
The country partner/team will be offered significant shareholding of the local entity. Base salary in line with local revenue. The venture partner role can be part-time. Equity ownership requires full time commitment subsequently. We offer strong regional and global support from our Helsinki and Berlin offices.
